INNOPHARMAX has created a proprietary drug delivery platform, OralPAS technology, which makes it possible to deliver therapeutic agents more efficiently without altering their chemical and/or biological properties. The OralPAS technology can be utilized to form microemulsion in nano-size upon dilution with aqueous medium or administration by oral route with specifically designed formulations with hydrophilic carriers and solubilizers.

The OralPAS  powered formulations enhance the bioavailability of drugs classified as not only BCS class IV, but also Class III, through solubilization in the excipient matrix or interface and then dispersion in the gastrointestinal tract. By applying OralPAS  technology to the formulations, relatively small size of the dispersed droplets in nanometer range could be easily achieved and flexibly adjusted after self-emulsified process and that differentiate the OralPAS  from traditional technologies.
